AI assistants (MCP)
Connect Claude or another MCP-capable assistant to Task Arrow, so it can read and update your work for you.
Task Arrow has an MCP server, a standard way for AI assistants to connect to other apps. Once connected, you can ask your assistant things like:
- What's overdue for me this week?
- Create the onboarding tasks for our new hire and assign them to Priya.
- Add these five vendors to the Vendors list.
The assistant uses the same rules as the app. It can only reach workspaces you belong to, and only do what you could do yourself.
Connect an assistant
Add Task Arrow as a connector
In your AI assistant's settings, add a custom connector (MCP server) with this URL:

Sign in
The assistant sends you to Task Arrow. Sign in if you aren't already.
Review and approve
The consent page shows which app is asking and what it wants to do, in plain words:
- View tasks, projects, lists, custom forms and workspace members
- Create, change and delete those records
Choose the workspace it should start in, then approve.
Workspaces
The workspace you choose on the consent page is where the assistant starts. You can ask it to list your workspaces and switch to another one. Switching moves only the assistant; the web app stays where you are. Every answer tells you which workspace it's working in.
Staying in control
- The assistant's access is short-lived and refreshed in the background. If you're removed from a workspace, the assistant loses access to it straight away.
- To disconnect, remove the Task Arrow connector in your assistant's settings.
- An assistant can't delete your Task Arrow account.
- Changes an assistant makes show up in each record's History under your name, and trigger workflows like any other change.
