Subscriber

Subscribe to a provider's service, control what the provider can see, and work with the records it sets up.

As a subscriber, you use services that other organisations publish. Subscribing sets up the service's tasks, projects, lists and forms in your workspace, and you decide whether the provider can see or work on them.

You can subscribe on any plan, including Free. Anyone in your workspace can subscribe and change access: you don't need to be an admin.

Your Service Hub

Open Service Hub from the sidebar. Two tabs are yours:

  • All Services: the catalogue of published services, to browse and subscribe.
  • My Subscriptions: the services your workspace subscribes to, with the provider's access for each.
