Custom forms
Standard plan
Collect structured information from your team or from anyone with a link, and turn submissions into work.
A custom form is a set of questions. Each time someone fills it in, their answers are saved as an entry you can review, act on and keep. Use forms for:
- Requests from outside your workspace, like support requests, quote requests or event sign-ups. Make the form public and share the link: no account needed.
- Internal intake, like new-hire details, equipment requests or incident reports, for signed-in members of your workspace.
- Service intake. A Service Hub provider can ask each new subscriber a few questions before setting up their service. See Intake forms and variables.
Forms are built from the same field types as the rest of Task Arrow, so an answered date, file or address arrives as structured data rather than a paragraph.
From submission to work
- Someone submits the form.
- The entry appears on the form's Entries tab, marked Not Reviewed.
- You open it, act on it (for example by creating a task from it), and it's marked Reviewed.
A workflow with the Submitted trigger can do step 3 for you, creating a task or sending an email the moment an entry arrives.
