Delete your account
Permanently delete your Task Arrow account, and what happens to your work.
Deleting your account removes you from Task Arrow. It's different from leaving one workspace. To leave a single workspace, ask one of its admins to remove you (see Users and roles).
What happens
- Your name, email address and sign-in details are removed.
- You're signed out everywhere and leave every workspace.
- A workspace where you're the only member is deleted along with it.
- Tasks, comments and history you added to shared workspaces stay, credited to Deleted User.
Delete your account
Open My Account
Open the options menu and select My Account.
Start
At the bottom of the page, select Delete account.
Confirm it's you
If you sign in with a password, enter it. If you sign in with Microsoft, Google or Apple, you may be asked to sign in again. You come straight back to finish.
Confirm
Select Delete my account.
If Task Arrow won't let you
- "You are the only admin of a workspace": other people still work there, and a workspace can't be left without an admin. Make someone else an admin, or remove the other members, then try again.
- "Exit the client workspace you are working in": you're inside a subscriber's workspace as a provider. Select Exit workspace first.
You can also read what gets deleted, without signing in, at app.taskarrow.com/delete-account.
