Entries are the rows of a list. Open a list and go to its Entries tab. The number on the tab is how many entries it has.

lists/entriesAdd entries
- Select Add Entry. A blank row appears with one input for each of the list's fields.
- Fill in the values. Add as many rows as you like.
- Select Save to save them all at once.
Edit and reorder
- Change any value in place, then select Save.
- Drag an entry by its handle to move it up or down.
- Select the delete button at the end of a row to remove that entry.
Tick entries off
Each entry has a checkbox for marking it complete. Completed entries are faded and struck through, which makes a list work well as a checklist. Ticking or unticking saves straight away. You don't need to select Save.
History
The list's History tab records changes to the list and its entries: who made them and when.
