Service Hub for providers

ProviderPro plan

Package what you deliver into a service, publish it to other workspaces, and work alongside your subscribers.

As a provider, you turn a service your organisation delivers, such as monthly bookkeeping, IT onboarding or fleet maintenance, into a service other workspaces subscribe to. Each subscriber gets the tasks, projects, lists and forms that make up the work, set up in their own workspace. Your team can then work on them there, if the subscriber allows it.

How it fits together

  1. Templates live in your workspace. You build them in Tasks, Projects, Lists and Custom Forms, like any other template.
  2. A service bundles templates together with a title, a description and a category.
  3. An optional intake form asks each new subscriber a few questions, and their answers fill variables in your templates.
  4. The service's team is the people in your workspace who work on it.
  5. Subscribers appear on the service. Your team can enter a subscriber's workspace to work on that service's records, within the access the subscriber granted.

Your Service Hub

Providers get a third tab in Service Hub:

  • All Services: the whole catalogue, yours included.
  • My Subscriptions: services your workspace subscribes to. Providers can subscribe to others' services too.
  • Provided Services: the services you publish, with Add Service.
