Unsubscribe from a service

Subscriber

End a subscription, and what happens to the records it created.

Open the service

Go to Service Hub › My Subscriptions and open the service.

Unsubscribe

Select Unsubscribe and confirm.

What happens

  • The provider loses access straight away, including anyone currently in your workspace.
  • Recurring templates stop. No new tasks or projects are created for you.
  • Your records stay. Everything the service created, and anything you added to it, remains in your workspace as ordinary records you can keep working on. They're no longer marked as belonging to the service.
  • The provider organisation is removed from your assignee pickers.

Tip

If you only want to stop the provider seeing your workspace but keep receiving the service, change access to No access instead. See Control provider access.
