Team and subscribers

ProviderPro plan

Choose who on your side works a service, and see who has subscribed to it.

Open a service from Provided Services. The Subscribers panel beside the form has two tabs, and together they're the two halves of access:

  • The subscriber decides what your organisation can do in their workspace: no access, view only, or edit.
  • The Team tab decides which of your people can do it.

Someone needs both to enter a subscriber's workspace.

Team

The Team tab lists everyone in your workspace with a checkbox. Tick the people who work on this service.

Being on the team means a person:

  • can see the service's Subscribers list, which contains the subscribers' names and contact details
  • can enter subscribers' workspaces, as far as each subscriber allows
  • receives notifications addressed to your organisation on this service, such as when a subscriber assigns your organisation a task or @mentions it

A service must always have at least one team member.

Subscribers

The Subscribers tab lists every workspace subscribed to the service, with:

  • the subscriber's contact name, email and phone
  • how many items the service has in their workspace
  • an Enter button, whose label and state follow what the subscriber granted:

Use Filter by name or email to find a subscriber.

Note

If you're not on the team, the Subscribers tab says so instead of listing anyone. A colleague on the team can add you.
