Become a provider

Any workspace on the Pro plan can publish services. When you create a workspace on Pro, it's registered as a Service Hub provider automatically. There's nothing else to set up.

Once your workspace is a provider:

• Service Hub gets a Provided Services tab where you create and manage your services
• Tasks, Projects, Lists and Custom Forms get a Services view that lists the templates you offer
• My Account gets a Provider Avatar Color section for your branding

If you leave the Pro plan

Your services and their subscribers stay, but while you're off Pro:

• you can't publish new services
• your team can't enter subscribers' workspaces. Anyone currently in one is taken back to your workspace on their next click.

Returning to Pro restores both.

Before you publish

• Set your provider colour and logo so subscribers recognise you. See Branding.
• Decide who on your team will work on each service. See Team and subscribers.
